Users rely heavily on WhatsApp for negotiations, which is both inefficient and unsustainable for managing complex deals over the long term. Additionally, our current mobile app has not been well received by users, leading to low adoption rates.
Revamp the mobile app to streamline users' digital workflows, drive higher adoption rates, and position the app as an essential tool for their daily trading activities—making it their go-to platform for negotiations and deal management.
The customised dashboard provides users with comprehensive information to keep them up-to-date with their trading activities. It enables a quick overview and summary of their recent trades, analysis of trading patterns, and assessment of their progress, empowering them to make informed decisions moving forward.

Understanding engineering constraints and stakeholder concerns has helped me design more feasible solutions and solve problems efficiently. By balancing business requirements with user needs, I’ve delivered solutions that are both effective and aligned with organisational goals.
Instead of rushing into solutions, I focus on understanding user needs and business requirements—especially in B2B contexts. With limited trading industry experience, listening and learning first helps me identify real challenges and design balanced, effective solutions.
